Jeremy has specialised in employment law since qualifying as a solicitor in 2007. He then spent 8 years at a large national firm before joining Owen White & Catlin in 2015. Jeremy has a wealth of experience acting for both employers and employees advising on a wide variety of matters including contracts of employment, settlement agreements, redundancy and TUPE as well as discrimination and equal pay. He has a particular interest in conducting complex multi-day litigation in the Employment Tribunal and has also acted in cases before the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the Court of Appeal.
Jeremy is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
He has the distinction of being a direct descendant of the author of Parkinson's Law, a book that continues to amuse and educate readers with its wry but insightful take on the perennial problems arising from the world of work.
Jeremy became an Associate of the firm in April 2017.
