Alistair is based in the firm’s Hammersmith office and has a diverse litigation practice.  He works with both individuals and companies on a broad spectrum of disputes, including intellectual property actions, defamation actions, cross border disputes, debt recovery actions and landlord and tenant matters.  He has considerable experience of enforcing judgements and tracing debtors. Alistair has a keen interest in commercial litigation and cases with international aspects and is due to qualify as a Notary Public in the near future.

Outside of work he enjoys trekking, swimming, travel and badminton.
