Hardip read law at Queen Mary, University of London and completed her legal practice course at the College of Law, London. She specialises in commercial and residential property matters and has experience in commercial and residential developments, property acquisitions and disposals, equity releases, planning, shared ownership leases, new developments, option agreements, and commercial leasehold arrangements. She also has a breadth of experience in Landlord and tenant matters consisting of grants, surrenders of new commercial leases, lease renewals and agreements for leases, as well as dealing with will and probate matters.

Outside of work Hardip enjoys travelling, cycling and playing tennis.
