Harnaik leads the Property team in the Feltham office and focuses on both residential and commercial conveyancing and property matters. She advises a variety of clients including Landlords, Tenants and Property Developers. Her areas of practice include:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties


• Transfer of equity


• Re-mortgages


• Development and option agreements


• Shared ownership leases and the grant of new leases


• Purchases of existing leases and lease extensions

Outside of work, Harnaik enjoys travelling and plays tennis regularly for her county. She also speaks Punjabi and Hindi.
