Hildegard was born in Germany where she graduated in Law from Műnster University and qualified in 1989. She specialised in Employment and Medical negligence, working for a blue chip insurance company. After moving to London, Hildegard qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and started work in a busy High Street Practice in 2002.  She dealt with general litigation matters; employment, contract disputes and personal injury. She joined the litigation department of Owen White & Catlin in Feltham in May 2007 and is an Associate of the firm. She continues to specialise in general Litigation matters such as employment cases, contractual and boundary disputes, landlord and tenant issues and personal injury matters. Hildegard also holds a valid practising certificate to practise German Law as a Rechtsanwältin. She is a member of the British German Jurist Association and welcomes German speaking clients. Recently, she was successful in negotiating a final settlement in a German medical negligence case that involved a NHS patient who was treated in Germany.
