Laura joined Owen White and Catlin as a trainee in September 2009. She is currently working within the criminal department and will complete the Police Station Accreditation Scheme in the near future. Laura graduated from The University of Kent in 2008 with a degree in Law and Criminology and completed the Legal Practice Course with the College of Law in Guildford. Here she chose to continue her interest in criminal law by studying Advanced Criminal Practice as well as Family Law and Private Client Law. During her time at The College of Law Laura took part in several pro-bono activities including volunteering at the National Centre for Domestic Violence on a weekly basis. Laura is also a student member of Resolution. In her spare time, Laura regularly attends festivals and live music performances. She also enjoys sport and frequently swims and plays badminton.
