Maxine has been qualified as a solicitor for 30 years. During that period she has primarily dealt with wills, probate and Court of Protection matters (for elderly clients). She is a member of the Law Society Probate Section.

Maxine is married and has a daughter. She tragically lost her son of 17 from cancer, so understands the pain of bereavement. She is currently the secretary of the local Baptist church where she is also involved in pastoral care, particularly for the elderly.
