Richard is a partner in the firm and specialises in civil litigation, particularly will disputes, Contractual and Partnership disputes, Landlord and tenant and Personal Injury. He has been practising for 17 years, and has been with OWC since 1998 (but still no watch). His experience spans a wide range of areas from major probate disputes and whiplash cases to repossession and debt collecting. Richard is the Administrative partner in charge of the Hammersmith office. Reported cases include Shah-v-Gale (EWHC 1087). When Richard isn’t fighting cases, he likes to fight wind and rain on the golf course.
