A graduate of Bristol University and the College of Law, Tim has over 20 years post qualification experience.  During that period, Tim has advised both corporate and private clients on a wide range of matters, including conveyancing, distribution and joint venture agreements, company sales, wills, trust and tax planning, contentious and non-contentious probate.  Having originally trained and practised in the West End, Tim has been with OWC since 1996 where he is a partner. He has also written for the Tax Journal.  Tim now specialises in residential and commercial conveyancing for both individuals and corporate clients, while still undertaking some Wills and Probate work.
