Judith is the Managing Partner of the firm and Head of the family department. Judith joined the firm as a newly qualified solicitor and has spent all of her career with the practice.
Initially dealing with a wider range of litigious matters, in recent years Judith has focused on Divorce and Financial remedy cases. Also dealing with Cohabitee disputes in relation to Property, Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustee Act 1996 (Tolata) She is renowned for her approach and substantial experience in these matters, being empathetic to the client but offering sound clear advice to manage expectations.
Judith has a vast amount of experience in advising clients from a wide range of backgrounds both in financial terms and with international elements. Having previous experience of civil litigation, she is able to deal with the Civil Courts for Tolata cases alongside the Family Court.
Judith is a member of Resolution and believes in its code of conduct in dealing with matters. She is a member of the Law Society Advanced Family Panel with noted specialism in Financial remedy, Trusts of Land Act and Appointment of Trustees Act. (Tolata)
