Tish Reel joined the firm in 2016 and works in our Feltham office. She specialises in all areas of work of Family Law, including matters concerning children, divorce and financial proceedings. She can also speak Punjabi.
In relation to children disputes, Tish specialises in and has extensive experience in all areas of public law and private law proceedings, representing extended family members such as Grandparents and children alike. Often these cases involve complex issues around parental or childhood, mental health difficulties, substance abuse, neglect, domestic violence, non accidental injury (including fractures and shaken baby cases) and sexual abuse. In proceedings, she frequently undertakes her own advocacy to allow for consistency in representation for clients. Tish is also experienced in dealing regularly with divorce and dissolution proceedings and advising Clients in relation to children and financial matters following relationship breakdown. She also represents parents in applications for financial support under Schedule 1 of the Children Act and advises in relation to co-habitation claims for unmarried couples. She also undertakes around abduction relocation within the UK.
Tish is also experienced in applying for Injunctions and urgent orders to protect victims of domestic abuse.
Tish works hard to ensure the best outcome for clients from the very beginning through to the end, working closely with her clients throughout.
Tish is a member of a Children’s Representative as a member of the Children Law Accreditation Scheme. Tish is an accredited member of Resolution specialising in private law and children matters
