In line with the SRA’s diversity reporting requirements, Owen White Catlin encourages all colleagues to complete an anonymous diversity survey every two years, on a voluntary basis.

The data shown is based solely on information shared by individuals who chose to respond. The 2025 survey was completed in May–June 2025, with a 98% response rate. The results may not fully reflect the diversity of the firm as a whole as on date.
