Alisha studied Law at the University of Surrey, graduating with a 2:1 degree and then went on to study for the Legal Practice Course and Master of Laws at the University of Law in Guildford, graduating with an overall Commendation. Her chosen electives on the LPC were Family Law, Employment Law, Advanced Criminal Practice and Commercial Dispute Resolution.
During her time at the University of Surrey, Alisha undertook an internship at a criminal defence law firm. She continued to work there as a Paralegal alongside her studies for 3 years and has visited clients in every prison in the London region.
She then worked in Commercial Property Development working for big property developers such as Barratt Homes and Berkeley Homes. She has also worked on property transactions worth over a million pounds.
Alisha enjoys keeping active and goes to the gym 6 days a week before work and she also enjoys travelling.
