Kate read Law at the University of Surrey, graduating with First Class Honours, and then went on to study for the Legal Practice Course and Master of Laws at the University of Law, graduating with Distinction in both.
Kate joined Owen White & Catlin LLP in November 2016. She is an Associate based in our Ashford Office in the Private Client department.
Kate advises on the preparation of Wills and dealing with the administration of Estates and Trusts. She also advises on the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney for both personal and business affairs and applications to the Court of Protection for Deputyship orders.
In her spare time, Kate enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading and travelling.
