Natasha is a partner in the Private Client department. Natasha advises individuals and families on all aspects of private client law including wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, inheritance tax planning and Court of Protection applications. Natasha regularly advises on complex wills such as those containing discretionary trusts, nil rate band trusts and life interests. Natasha has experience of administering complex estates and intestacies.
Natasha also deals with all aspects of Court of Protection work including applications for the appointment and removal of deputies, jointly owned property and managing the affairs and assets of persons lacking capacity.
Natasha is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Outside of work, Natasha enjoys spending time with her young daughter.
