Emma Sharp

Emma is our HR Manager, based in our Feltham office.

Emma is responsible for managing the firm’s overall HR function and providing professional HR support and guidance to our partners, managers and employees.

Emma has over 20 years of HR management experience within professional services environments. She graduated from the University of Surrey, Roehampton, before completing her professional qualifications with BPP in London and becoming a Chartered Member of the CIPD (MCIPD) in 2008.

Her experience covers all areas of the employee lifecycle, with particular expertise in shaping and driving the people agenda, including talent acquisition, learning and development, reward and recognition, employee relations and HR compliance.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys keeping active through running and gardening, as well as spending time outdoors walking her three Chihuahuas, Holly, Penny and Bear.
