Jeremy Parkinson

Jeremy is a Partner and head of the employment team based in Feltham.

After graduating from the University of Durham and later the College of Law in York, Jeremy qualified as a solicitor in 2007, specialising in employment matters. He then worked for many years at a large national firm before starting at Owen White Catlin in 2015.

Jeremy has a wealth of experience advising employers and employees on all aspects of employment law including settlement agreements, contracts of employment, disciplinary and grievance hearings and appeals, redundancy, discrimination, whistleblowing, TUPE and restrictive covenants. He has a particular specialism in conducting complex, multi-day litigation in the Employment Tribunal.

Jeremy is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
