Priya Joy

Priya is our Operations and Practice Manager based in our Chiswick office.

She is an experienced operations and practice management professional and holds a PhD in Law from the University of Kent. Priya brings a broad and practical understanding of how law firms operate, with particular expertise in operations management, compliance and IT management, and project management.

In her role, Priya ensures the smooth day-to-day administration of the firm, working closely with the Partners to support operational efficiency, compliance requirements, IT systems, and firm-wide projects.

Priya has worked as a Practice Manager in law firms across London, Kent, Yorkshire, and Lancashire. Before moving into the legal sector, she taught law at the University of Kent and also spent several years working in the banking sector.

Outside of work, Priya enjoys reading crime and historical fiction. She is also a devoted dog owner and spends much of her weekends out walking and playing with her two dogs, Darius and Poppet.
