Carolyn Nathanson is a specialist family solicitor located in our Feltham office. She offers legal advice and support in relation to all family law issues. Carolyn can help you agree the terms of a cohabitation agreement at the start of a relationship or, if your relationship has broken down, advise on separation, divorce or dissolution of a civil partnership. This includes advising on all aspects of financial disputes.
Carolyn also advises on arrangements for children and seeks to ensure that, through a conciliatory approach to all aspects of the separation, both parents can maintain a good relationship with their children for the future.
She also undertakes some employment matters advising on settlement agreements.
Carolyn is a member of the Law Society, The Association of Women Solicitors and Resolution. Carolyn is the Regional Press Officer for the South West London Resolution group.
