Fiza Kamran

Fiza is an Associate Solicitor in our Family department, based in our Ashford office.

Fiza studied Business and Law before completing her LLM in Legal Practice at the University of Hertfordshire. She qualified as a solicitor in August 2022 and has almost eight years of experience in the legal profession.

Prior to joining Owen White Catlin, Fiza worked at several law firms, developing experience across a broad range of family matters. She specialises in private children disputes and care proceedings, representing parents and family members through some of the most challenging periods of their lives, and regularly represents clients in Public Law Outline (PLO) matters. She also has experience in child abduction, international family law and immigration matters.

Alongside her practice, Fiza recently contributed to the first edition of the Family Law Week Journal Annual Review 2025: Key Developments and Updates. She is also involved with the Feminist Justice Coalition, supporting initiatives that encourage and promote the next generation of legal professionals.

Outside of work, Fiza enjoys reading and is a member of two book clubs. She also enjoys archery, cooking, baking, arts and crafts, and regularly takes part in charitable initiatives and fundraising challenges.
