Hardeep Singh Nandra is an Associate Solicitor in our Disputes team based in our Feltham Office.

Hardeep qualified as a solicitor in 2016 and has extensive experience in civil and property litigation, as well as contentious probate. He advises individuals, landlords, property owners, beneficiaries and executors on a wide range of disputes, supporting clients from the initial assessment of a claim through to settlement or trial.

His experience includes property ownership and TOLATA disputes, landlord and tenant matters, possession proceedings, contractual and misrepresentation claims, and contentious probate. He also advises on challenges to the validity of Wills, including claims involving undue influence, testamentary capacity and forgery, as well as leasehold disputes, statutory lease extensions and enfranchisement.

Hardeep has experience dealing with complex litigation involving expert evidence, interim applications and contested hearings. He has experience conducting litigation in the County Court, High Court and Tribunal and works closely with barristers and other experts where required.

Hardeep takes a practical and straightforward approach to disputes, providing clear and realistic advice from the outset. He considers the merits of each case alongside the potential costs and commercial considerations, helping clients understand their options and work towards a proportionate resolution.
