A Will sets out what happens to your estate after your death while Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) enable someone you trust to make important decisions on your behalf in the event you can no longer do so. Many people know they should have both a Will and LPAs in place but delay doing so because it can feel like yet another task to think about, or expense to budget for.

Fees for your Wills and LPAs

When you instruct our firm to prepare a standard Will together with your Lasting Powers of Attorney, you’ll receive a 15% discount on the fee of each LPA.

Individual Package

One Will and two Lasting Powers of Attorney
£1,330 (plus VAT, fees and disbursements)

Couples Package

Mirror Wills and four Lasting Powers of Attorney
£2,350 (plus VAT, fees and disbursements)

* Please note: Prices cover our legal fees only, excluding VAT. Office of the Public Guardian registration fees and other disbursements are payable separately. The current registration fee is £92 per LPA, plus a £5 recorded delivery fee for each application. If your circumstances require more complex estate planning, we'll discuss any additional costs with you before work begins. Discount is available for a limited time.

  • The package is only available when your Will and Lasting Powers of Attorney are instructed together at the same time.
  • The package applies to standard Wills. If your circumstances require more complex estate planning, we'll explain the options and any additional costs before work begins.
  • Office of the Public Guardian registration fees are payable separately.
  • Individual and couples' packages are available.
  • If you only require a Will or Lasting Powers of Attorney, we'll be happy to advise you on those services separately.
