James Kiely appointed as Deputy District Judge
Owen White Catlin is delighted to announce that family law partner and accredited mediator, James Kiely, has been appointed by The Lady Chief Justice, The Right Honourable Baroness Carr of Walton-on-the-Hill as a Deputy District Judge. James will sit on the South Eastern Circuit within the civil jurisdiction.
Alongside this appointment James will continue to provide his full range of family law services at OWC.
