Nikita is a solicitor in the family and child care team. She Qualified in March 2015 and joined Owen White and Catlin in May 2023.
Nikita regularly represents parents and extended family members in disputes with children’s services, ranging from PLO proceedings to applications in the high court. The issues include wide range of matters such as non accidental injury, mental health, neglect, drug and alcohol issues and abuse. Nikita is passionate about childcare law and ensuring her clients receive clear, concise and timely advice.
Nikita also conducts her own advocacy when possible to ensure continuity of representation for clients.
Nikita is a member of the Central Family Court Family Justice Board and is a part of the Central Family Public Law subgroup.
In her spare time Nikita enjoys travelling, eating out and long walks.
